Getting to Know your Nervous System

Pre-Recorded Workshop

Learning about your nervous system can be the key to greater self-empowerment. How can we truly care for our physio-energetic state if we do not understand how it is operating?

Our Nervous System's intelligence IS our Body's Intelligence.  80% of the information flowing between our body/mind is moving FROM THE BODY UP TO THE HEAD.  The vagus nerve is the information superhighway transmitting subconscious messages to our brain, then activating different brain states.  This is why a bottom-up (Somatic/Body-Based) approach to self-care is so effective and naturally helps us work with our limiting thoughts, stories, and belief patterns.

This 1.5 hour Nervous System Masterclass is a generous step towards knowing yourself on a much deeper level.
